How to Use The WIFI Communication Module (WCM)

Please note: For systems with multiple inverters, only the WCM in the parent inverter will be used for communication. All communication wiring should go to the parent inverter. (See communication wiring FAQ for more details). For WCM location see the Inverter Overview Diagram

 

 

The WCM communicates with the inverters on the RS-485 bus. The WCM uploads inverter data via WiFi or Ethernet. The WCM can communicate with a computer or mobile device via Bluetooth.

 

 

 

White: ready to pair with a Bluetooth device.

Blue: Bluetooth connection present

Yellow: trying to connect to WiFi

Solid green: uploading data

Flashing green: connected to WiFi, but not busy.

Red: Failed to connect

 

 

 

Follow the diagram in the link in order to troubleshoot why your WCM (WiFi board) board is not in Bluetooth mode and connect it to Bluetooth.
