How To Install The Recommended T-Fuses

Lion Energy recommends placing T fuses in line between battery buses, as shown in the attached diagram, for any systems that have more than one inverter. The reason for this is so that if one battery needs to be isolated and a failsafe activates, such as its internal breaker, the inverters do not "gang up" (overcharge or discharge) on the remaining batteries. Below are some links to T-fuses that can be bought for this purpose. The links below are for standard 225-amp T-fuses.
Note: The T-fuses are not supplied in Lion Energy's kits and will need to be purchased separately.
